I. COVID PROTOCOLS

WE PRIORITIZE YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY

As the first integrated resort in Cebu City, we open our doors to guests and patrons with the promise of a safe and clean environment through the implementation of the following safety and security measures:

  • Temperature checking stations are located at the entrance of the resort and in other access areas within the property.
  • Vaccination cards will be requested and shall be presented to the security aides at the entrances of the property.
  • Sanitizing stations are available in public areas and extra surgical masks can be provided for guests upon request.
  • Social distancing markers are placed in our queuing areas for guidance and compliance of all guests.
  • Elevators will follow limited capacity to practice distancing.
  • Wearing of masks is mandatory to enter the resort and must be worn at all times except when dining in any of our F&B outlets.

All cautionary measures are in accordance with the requirements and guidelines set forth by the Republic of the Philippines’ Department of Health, Philippine Inter-Agency Task Force, and the local government of Cebu City.

It is the property’s discretion to deny entry of guests who fail to comply with the above-mentioned protocols.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins or do you require prior reservations?

A: We accept walk-ins but we highly encourage prior reservations for your convenience.

Q: Do you allow partially vaccinated or unvaccinated guests to dine in your restaurants?

A: In compliance with the updated health protocols of the local government unit and DOH, both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals may be accommodated in our restaurants. We recommend guests who are partially vaccinated or unvaccinated to call Il Primo and Mott 32 for Alfresco dining options.

Q: Do you allow your restaurants to operate at full capacity?

A: We are currently operating on limited capacity in accordance with the IATF and LGU ordinances. We will continuously update on restaurant capacities through our website and social media platforms.



III. STAYING IN FILI and NUSTAR.

Limited number of rooms are now open in FILI Hotels to accommodate our guests. We are excited to provide you with an experience that is truly and exceptionally 5-star!

Q: What are the amenities inside your resort?
A: We will be happy to give updates on our fitness and wellness facilities, as soon as they open this year.

Q: Do you have a pool? Is it already open?
A: We do have pool amenities that will soon be available to all in-house guests.

Q: Do you allow food and beverage from outlets outside of your property to be brought in to your premises?
A: We encourage guests to enjoy the various F&B outlets within our property. Hot food and beverages bought from establishments outside NUSTAR are prohibited.

IV. TRANSPORTATION, AND MOBILITY.

We aim for our guests to have seamless and worry-free movement and mobility the moment they enter NUSTAR. Transportation services are available throughout the property.

Q: Do you have parking available on the property? Is parking free?

A: We have allocated parking areas located on the Lower Ground and Upper Ground floors. 24/7 free parking is available for all our guests.

Q: Do you have valet services?

A: We currently have valet services available at the Casino Grand Entrance.

Q: Do you have public transport accessible in your resort? What are the other options?

A: Currently, we are accessible through both public taxis and MYBUS. Alternatively and for our guests’ convenience, hotel car pick-up can be arranged through the resort concierge.
